Created over centuries, this tradition, called musar (instruction) gives us tools for applying Jewish values to our lives so we can improve our relationship with ourselves and others. At once very practical and immensely profound, this spiritual practice deepens our understanding of what our tradition has to teach us. Indentify spiritual and emotional goals drawn from the 613 commandments and apply the techniques of the tradition to your life. While each session will build on previous classes, each is designed to stand alone so that attendees may drop-in.
Teacher: Rabbi Rose
Class Dates: October 20th, November 17th, December 15th, January 19th, February 16th, March 16th, April 20th, May 18th and June 15th.
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Fee: $72 for members/ $118 for non-members (full fee includes book and resources)
